Mode of Operation:

Calibration Mode:
Power supply output voltage is calibrated in this mode (Calibrated at works)

Test Mode:

In this mode, first Program mode is fetched. After Programming the parameters, LCD/LED shows TEST MODE. When TEST request switch is pressed, supply voltage across the relay coil is increases till the relay is operated. When relay is operated, Pull in voltage is displayed on LCD/LED. Voltage increases till it reaches to maximum test voltage, then voltage start decreasing till relay contact is dropped and drop out voltage is displayed on LCD/LED.

Machine Function:

PRC make Motor Performance & Leakage Testing Machine is supplied with a suitable fixture built exclusively as per the design of Motor. The Motor is fixed on the fixture and operated through a single push button. Machine produces two different voltages one by one & simultaneously measures the current of their respective voltages.
Machine checks the current as per the permissible preset voltages given to the motor. If the current is within the limits, machine gives OK signal otherwise “NG” signal.
Machine is equipped with Pressure sensor for leakage testing. If the leakage is within the limits, machine gives OK signal otherwise “NG” signal.
The results are displayed on two LCD displays. Machine is designed to accept 16 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs.
