System consists of;
Torque Transducer – PRC offers strain gauge type torque transducers, similar to a load cell, which is an electronic device used to convert torque into an electrical signal. This conversion is indirect and happens in two stages. Through a mechanical arrangement, the torque being sensed deforms a strain gauge. Offered capacity for these transducers is from as low as 1 Nm to 10,000 Nm on higher side as standard transducers. Further to this customized solution is offered. Enough care has been taken while designing & construction of transducers to ensure the precision measurement, reliability & long term durability for nonstop performance. PRC offers stationary (reaction type) torque transducer used for different measurement & calibration.

Digital Torque Indicator – PRC offers a micro controller based digital display for its torque testers. This digital display is used to measure the output signal from the transducer and calculates that reading into a torque value that is displayed on screen. Special version of digital displays is available for external rotary and stationary transducers. These displays are with bright LED and keypad to set the parameters.

Fixture to hold the torque wrenches
PRC provides mechanical fixtures to hold the torque wrenches which may be required for need of calibration. There are some standard fixtures available for standard type of tools and customized fixtures also provided in case of non standard tools.
